Andy is the heart and soul to this farm. He has been dabbling in the growing and preparing of food since 1995. He started experimenting with farming basics on his parents property which is now home to Sprouting Acres farm. Andy has a BA in food systems technology from UW-Stout and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Madison. Andy continues to cook around Madison in some of the off seasons as well as instruct cooking classes.
Kelly's "day job" is a Special Education Teacher in Oregon, WI but during her time off she helps behind the scenes. During the summer, she loves to dig in the dirt when she isn't chasing around the kids. Andy and Kelly have two little farmers in training: Wade and Ruby.
